It is generally recommended to avoid painting HDPE products and instead choose HDPE products in the desired color or finish.

What are the maximum weight capacities of your Adirondack chairs?

The maximum weight capacity for our Hampton Adirondack is 300 lbs. All other models have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. 

Are your HDPE Adirondack chairs resistant to fade? 

Our Adirondack chairs are built to last and withstand regular weather elements for up to one year. Referencing our user-care-guide, coupled with regular cleaning and maintenance, should prolong the life of your product.

What is LuXeo firepit made of?

The LuXeo firepit features a shell made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) material. The burner, on the other hand, is typically made of stainless steel to provide the necessary heat and flame for the firepit function. What is included in LuXeo firepit set?

Vail 48” round firepit and Park City 42” square firepit set are included firepit shell, burner, wind-guard, fireglass and PVC cover.

Does the firepit come with a cover?

Yes, the firepit includes a PVC cover for protection when it is not in use.

Can the glass wind-guard be stored in the cabinet of the table?

No, it is not possible to store the glass wind-guard in the cabinet under the table. To store the glass wind-guard, we suggest disassembling it and placing it back in its original packaging.

When do you expect to receive your order?

The expected delivery time for your order may vary depending on the destination. Generally, it can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days for the delivery to be completed. Rest assured, once your order has been shipped, you will receive updates regarding its status.

How does local pickup work?

Our site lists different prices for shipped orders and local pickup. If you would like to purchase a product through local pickup, make an appointment with us on our contact page or give us a call at 1-855-685-8936. You will pay the full shipped price until you pick up your product(s) at our warehouse. Once you pickup your item, we will credit the difference of the price back into your account. 

Are your products available at stores to see in-person?

Do we ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or outside the U.S?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States at this time. Our shipping services are limited to within the United States only.
